assist you with every detail in putting together a successful and
memorable event.
Site Selection
We will be happy to assist you in finding the perfect location
for your event throughout the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
Rental Equipment/Tents
Matters of Taste provides a wide selection of rental equipment
including tables, chairs, linens, china, flatware and glasses.
If you need a tent, we will assist you in determining the right
size and style.
Entertainment
From music to magicians, we can arrange a wide variety of entertainment
for your event.
Menu
Our professional and knowledgeable sales staff can design a
menu, which suits your taste as well as your budget.
Service
We provide professional and courteous staffing from waiters,
waitresses, bar-tenders, and chefs to set up, service and clean
up your event.
Floral
Matters of Taste will work with your florist or one on our list
of fine florists to make certain that your flowers fit the atmosphere
and look of your event.

Ordering Information
Welcome to Matters of Taste's Corporate Express. Designed with busy, on-the-go executives in mind, we offer a wide variety of hot and cold breakfasts, luncheons and receptions that are perfect for your working event.
Notice
All orders must be placed at least two working days in advance. Last minute emergency orders may be accepted, but are subject to availability. Minimum order is eight unless otherwise indicated.
Guarantee
The Guarantee number of guests is required at least two working days in advance of the delivery. An additional chrage may incur if the guarantee number changes with less than two working days notice.
Cancellations
Cancellations within 24 hours of the event will be billed at 50% of cost. Same day cancellations may be billed at full cost.
Delivery
Standard delivery times are from 7:30am to 5:00pm. Surcharges may be
applied for early, late and weekend deliveries. Delivery to Old Town
Alexandria and Crystal City is complimentary with a minimum order of
$150.00. For all other deliveries within a five mile radius of Old Town,
there will be a $25.00 delivery charge. If pick-up is required, there
will be an additional $20.00 charge. If a second pick-up attempt is
required, there will be an additional charge.
Presentation
All food will be sent on disposable platters at no additional charge, unless otherwise arranged. Disposable utensils and supplies are available for $1.95 per person. Lost or damaged equipment will be billed accordingly.
Taxes
Applicable taxes will be added to all orders.
